The Ceramic Repair Kit is a comprehensive system of dental materials used to repair both direct and indirect fractures, including metal-free and porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations. Designed to make an often-inconvenient procedure easier, the kit includes a flow chart of instructions and an organized tray-arrangement of materials. The materials are supplied in reusable, pre-mixed, individual-component delivery systems.

Each kit contains three shades of Tetric Ceram Ceromer, Monopaque light-curing opaquer, Monobond-S bonding silane, Total Etch (37% phosphoric acid used to clean ceramic, composite, metal surfaces and etch tooth surfaces), and Heliobond light curing, unfilled resin.

The kit is indicated for all repairs of fractured:

  • restorations veneered with ceramic materials (PFMs)
  • all-ceramic restorations
  • restorations veneered with composite materials
  • IPS Empress and Targis restorations
