Milestone International was established in January 2000 and operates from a Sandton based office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Milestone International develops, researches and markets advanced and proprietary medical and dental products which focus on patient comfort and practitioner efficiency.

Their prime business mission is to bring Milestone products to market which enhance clinical skills and help doctors and dentists advance their practice. The Wand®, Milestone's principal product, brings to market a computer automated injection system which enables practitioners to consistently administer injections with improved control, greater comfort, reduced trauma and less stress for both patient and practitioner.

The Wand® assures practitioners of virtually painless injections, and as such, it represents a long-awaited 21st century alternative to the conventional syringe.

Istrodent has been trading since 1989 in South Africa. In this time Istrodent has proven long term commitment to high quality products, unchallenged technical expertise, unmatched support and after sales service. Consequently Istrodent has become one of the leading suppliers of an extensive range of both medical and dental equipment.

Istrodent specialises in the manufacturing of mobile trailers, trucks, containers and caravans that are adapted for Dental Clinics, X-Ray rooms, GP Rooms and primary health care.

Istrodent also specialises in planning turn-key projects for Day Clinics, Poly Clinics and Dental Surgeries. Their in-house teams will inspect any site in Africa in order to design the appropriate plans. After the plans have been approved, Istrodent will offer a turn-key project to build, supply and commission the clinic to the client's satisfaction.

Istrodent also assist clients with financial requirements which may include attending meetings with the Financial Institutions as well as feasibility studies.
